Restorative • Yin • Hatha • Slow Flow • Healing Yoga
Hi I’m Tash. I am a Yoga and Meditation teacher specialising in restful relaxation practices to support your mental health. I teach Hatha, Restorative, Yin, Slow Flow & Healing Yoga.
Yoga has always been a big part of my life. This stems largely from my background, Being from a South-Indian and Indonesian background has provided me with a deeper understanding of Yoga and Ayurvedic practices. I have 7 years of experience teaching in a range of studios in London and Leeds, and have completed further trainings in Yoga for Stress, Burnout, Anxiety, and Depression. This background helps me to create restful and nurturing relaxation practices embedded in authentic Yoga philosophy. I have also completed a Meditation Teacher Training at the British School of Meditation in 2021 so I like to weave different types of meditation into my classes.
I love Yoga because it has helped me find a way back to myself when I was completely lost - both physically and emotionally. I used Yoga & Meditation to heal from a painful childhood and I am keen to share some of these very simple, yet profound practices with my students. In my spare time you can almost always find me art-ing and craft-ing somewhere. I love being creative and making things with my hands - if you need a crafting friend - I'm your gal!
My classes are gentle, meditative, and relaxing with an increased focus on mental health. My intention is to provide you the space to nurture yourself as you breathe, strengthen, and stretch your body and mind. I don’t take myself or life too seriously - and this is reflected in my classes. Expect to find peace whilst also having a giggle.

Tori is a warm and down to earth yoga teacher who believes yoga should be empowering, enjoyable and open to everyone, no matter your experience or flexibility. Her inclusive classes offer a thoughtful mix of movement, breath and calm, helping you feel strong, supported and connected both on and off the mat. Raised on a Yorkshire farm, Tori has a deep connection to nature and loves teaching outdoors just as much as in the studio. With a smile and a steady presence, she creates space for you to move, reset and reconnect - exactly as you are.

I'm Catherine - a yoga teacher, a creative autistic woman and founder of Catherine's Place. I practice yoga to feel calm, stretch and strengthen the whole body, and slow a busy mind. I love to explore the whole of yoga in my teaching, blending asana (movement) with pranayama (breathing) and meditation. I most often teach classes which blend the mindful benefits and stillness of Yin with the wonderful stretch and movement of a steady Vinyasa Flow. In every class, I aim to create warm and inclusive spaces, encourage authenticity and help build confidence. Expect lots of variations, the guided use of props and reminders to listen to what your body and mind need in the moment.

Vinyasa • Yin • Trauma-Informed Yoga
I am a qualified 200-hour Yoga Alliance Vinyasa Flow teacher. I have studied Yin and Mindfulness Meditation and Trauma Informed Yoga. I am also a qualified Medical Herbalist.
I initially found yoga through climbing and I have come to know the benefits of yoga for body and mind, in particular the benefits it has on my mental health. This is why I am so passionate about sharing yoga with others. I love the holistic approach to wellness and the important role yoga plays in that.
I am inspired by nature and the freedom I gain from movement. My classes blend both mindful and intuitive movement, using your breath to focus your attention, my classes become a type of moving meditation. I love how yoga allows you to explore your body and mind, while having fun at the same time and how it gives you the opportunity to drop from your mind into your body and that much needed headspace to just be.

Ella has been practicing yoga since 2019 and has recently completed Yoga Kula’s 300-hour Teacher Training Course, Cohort 6! As a sensitive, neurodivergent person, she found yoga as a tool of stability to help her thrive with life. Her approach is slow, meditative, and cocoon-like — with a focus on deep healing, self-acceptance, and meeting ourselves exactly as we are.

Jess began practicing yoga in California, embedding it into her daily life upon realising the many mental and physical benefits. As a musician, Jess found that flowing, especially to music, was a valuable and expressive tool that could alter mood and energy levels, while also strengthening and releasing tension from the body. As a fully qualified school teacher with a masters degree in music, Jess was keen to translate her teaching and creativity skills to yoga.
Now a 200hr registered yoga teacher, Jess’ classes are influenced by Vinyasa and Ashtanga practices, embedding knowledge learnt from her own teachers around the world, incorporating yin and restorative styles. Jess’ classes offer a dynamic flow teamed with calming postures to create a sense of fluidity and centering on the mat. With modifications offered throughout her classes and a focus on building awareness of the mind-body connection, Jess’ classes are open to all, enabling everyone to feel the many benefits of a holistic yoga practice.
