Nourishing Pranayama & Deep Yin

Join Susi for a peaceful 90-minute Pranayama (breathwork) and Yin practice on Saturday 6th December. This class is designed to nourish and rejuvenate our body and calm our mind. Through mindful breathing techniques and steady and grounding long-held Yin postures, we will work on releasing tension and cultivating relaxation. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this cosy session offers space to unwind and recharge for the winter season ahead.
