This class combines elements of yin and slow flow between postures to help you find and improve your edge (range of movement) over time.

A nourishing restorative practice with plenty of props and guidance to help you drop into rest. This class uses a mix of yin and restorative postures, pranayama (breathwork) and meditation to help calm your mind and body. Yoga for Friday Energy

Get ready for the weekend with this uplifting class. A mood-boosting flow which builds through a sequence of poses set to upbeat music to help you feel energised for the weekend. Expect a high energy movement class with a fun balance pose or two thrown in. This active class is ideal for anyone wanting to boost their energy - a great way to spend your Friday evening.

Yoga for Stretch and Stillness

Join us for a deep yin class designed to help you find equilibrium by exploring the quiet, restful energy of yin in a world that often demands constant yang (active energy).

Expect a floor-based class, in which you will soften into deep stretches for 3-5 minutes to help release long-held tension and increase your range of motion.

Yin is also a powerful mental practice. Training your mind and body to be still can improve concentration and help bring a sense of calm within easier reach. This class is an invitation to be truly present in your body and discover the profound peace that comes from slowing down.

An uplifting Ashtanga yoga class which combines the creative flow of Vinyasa with the strengthening benefits of Ashtanga. Studio Hire

Beautifully renovated studio with original hardwood floors and brickwork. Our studio is equipped with yoga mats, bricks, bolsters, yoga straps, blankets and lavender eye pillows. WiFi, bluetooth speakers, air-con and heating, dimmable lighting, candles and incense are available for use. Studio hire is £45 per hour (plus VAT).

Lounge Hire

Hire our cosy lounge space and coffee bar for your event, right in heart of Leeds City Centre! Private hire includes exclusive use of our lounge space, access to all our hot and cold drinks and snacks and coffee bar service for your guests by our friendly team, and the use of our bluetooth speaker and projector (if required). Access to the lounge is wheelchair friendly. Hire includes shared access to toilet facilities (gender neutral and wheelchair accessible). Lounge hire is £60 (plus VAT).

Enjoy private hire of all our cosy spaces for your retreat, event or workshop! Hire includes the exclusive use of our beautiful studio, cosy quiet lounge and covered courtyard space. Your guests will have access to all our hot and cold drinks and snacks, served by our friendly team. Nourishing Pranayama & Deep Yin

Join Susi for a peaceful 90-minute Pranayama (breathwork) and Yin practice on Saturday 6th December. This class is designed to nourish and rejuvenate our body and calm our mind. Yin by Candlelight

Join Claire for this deep surrender into the New Year with 90 minutes of gentle and mindful yin yoga in a soft, candlelit setting.

We'll enjoy long-held yin postures to release tension (physical and emotional) that is stored in our fascia - the intricate web of connective tissue that holds and supports our entire body. Based on the principles of traditional yoga and Chinese medicine, this holistic practice considers how all of our systems are interconnected and affect one another.

In this nourishing floor-based class, we aim to gently discover and release areas within our body that are holding any physical or emotional tension from the previous year, and make space for new opportunities in 2026.

Props are provided, but you are encouraged to bring any pillows you might want and plenty of layers to get snuggly!
