
Join Claire for this deep surrender into the New Year with 90 minutes of gentle and mindful yin yoga in a soft, candlelit setting.
We'll enjoy long-held yin postures to release tension (physical and emotional) that is stored in our fascia - the intricate web of connective tissue that holds and supports our entire body. Based on the principles of traditional yoga and Chinese medicine, this holistic practice considers how all of our systems are interconnected and affect one another.
In this nourishing floor-based class, we aim to gently discover and release areas within our body that are holding any physical or emotional tension from the previous year, and make space for new opportunities in 2026.
Props are provided, but you are encouraged to bring any pillows you might want and plenty of layers to get snuggly!
