Yoga for Rest

A nourishing restorative practice with plenty of props and guidance to help you drop into rest. This class uses a mix of yin and restorative postures, pranayama (breathwork) and meditation to help calm your mind and body. Expect long-held postures for deep release and an extended savasana for soothing rest.
